DRB Facility Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Moeller as the Vice President of Operations for its metal and stone division. Moeller joins the team with over 30 years of extensive experience in generating business opportunities and enhancing brand visibility within the trade services industry.
Moeller’s career is marked by his competitive drive, customer-centric approach, and adept problem-solving abilities. He excels in collaborating with diverse teams and has a proven track record in sales generation, customer relationship management, and operations. His expertise spans accounting and finance, operations management, sales generation, contract negotiation, strategic planning, multimedia marketing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
In his new role, Moeller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development and operational efficiencies for the metal and stone division. His duties will encompass developing and implementing growth strategies, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with key partners.
Prior to joining DRB Facility Services, Moeller served as General Manager at Bay Shore Building Services, Inc., where he was instrumental in the start-up and operational management of a small New England services company. Previous to his 10-year tenure at Bay Shore Building, he held the position of General Manager at LSR Refinishing, Inc. for 19 years. Earlier in his career, he was the Controller at JetForm Software Company, where he managed accounting functions and supported the company’s significant sales growth.
Robert holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Accounting, both from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
