ANTHONY A. SAMUELS

PRESIDENT/CEO

Anthony A. Samuels is the founder of DRB Facility Services and has been President/CEO since its inception in 1993. The company has grown steadily under his leadership. Today he oversees a company that employs over 600 team members and is a recognized leader in the business community. Mr. Samuels has a degree in Computer Aided Drafting from RCC, attended University of Massachusetts’s Management program and The Tuck Executive Education Program at Dartmouth College. Mr. Samuels is a philanthropist, serves on numerous non-profit boards, and is a mentor to other business owners and youth in several local communities.

KENNETH P. MARTIN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & CFO

Mr. Martin is recognized for his abilities at aligning human capital and entrepreneurial vision to reinvigorate brands and drive efficiencies. With extensive experience in the facilities service industry and specialty contracting across start-up, turnaround and high-growth challenges and environments, he brings a track record of achieving success for a diverse array of clients. Mr. Martin oversees company operations, as well as the finance and administrative aspects of DRB, to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective resource management. Our clients receive the highest service value due to his management of continuous improvement processes in every aspect of DRB’s operations.

JONATHAN CAMACHO
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Jonathan Camacho is the Vice President of Operations at DRB Facility Services. Mr. Camacho plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees the organization’s service operations. With customer satisfaction and safety as top priorities, he develops and implements efficient and cost-effective procedures to meet clients’ current and future needs. Mr. Camacho has an associate’s degree in business and over 13 years of experience in facilities management.

ROBERT MOELLER
VICE PRESIDENT OF METAL & STONE OPERATIONS

Robert is the Vice President of Operations for our metal and stone division. With over 30 years of experience in business opportunities and brand visibility in trade services, Robert is known for his competitive drive, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving abilities. He has a proven track record in sales generation, customer relationship management, and operations.

Robert oversees business development and operations for the metal and stone division. He is responsible for implementing growth strategies, managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering relationships with key partners. Moeller holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business Management & Accounting from Bentley University.

RICK KAMROWSKI
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, ESTIMATING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Rick Kamrowski, with over 30 years of industry experience, serves as the Director of Business Development, Estimating & Quality Assurance at DRB Facility Services. Handling diverse properties across New England, he is proficient in overseeing metal and stone restoration services while ensuring compliance with client corporate guidelines. Rick is a relationship-oriented leader, dedicated to fostering robust client and employee relations through strategic planning. His vast expertise, combined with an unyielding commitment to excellence, contributes significantly to the superior service that DRB provides.

JONATHAN HOWELL
DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND LOGISTICS

As the Director of Quality Assurance and Logistics at DRB Facility Services, Mr. Howell is responsible for the organization’s sourcing strategies, budget management, and product and service quality control. Mr. Howell began his career with DRB in 2010 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the Berklee College of Music.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Rick Casey, with over three decades of industry experience, is the Senior Account Manager at DRB Facility Services, managing a range of services at Boston Logan International Airport. From tarmac escorting to facility services, he expertly oversees operations while ensuring strict compliance with client corporate guidelines. As a strategic leader, Casey places great emphasis on nurturing client and employee relationships, fostering a healthy operational environment. His vast expertise and relentless commitment to excellence make him a crucial asset to the DRB Facility Services team.

BETHANY STEWART
VP OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Bethany Stewart has 20 years of accounting, finance, and administrative experience across various for-profit and non-profit industries, including foreign entities as well as local service organizations. She serves as the VP of Finance and Administration at DRB Facility Services. Overseeing the accounting, finance, and human resource functions through a small team of dedicated professionals, Bethany prioritizes results through strong relationships, an open-door policy, and a hands-on approach to developing skills to ensure the highest expertise for both her and her team.
