DRB contributes to the Local 32BJ Training Fund that promotes courses in areas like ESL (English as a second language) as well as offering management training programs to enhance both technical and management skills. Safety, PPP, ergonomics, and proper equipment handling are mandatory training programs for all employees. Equipment manufacturer training programs are scheduled as new products and models are introduced.
