Founded in 1993 by President and CEO Anthony Samuels, DRB Facility Services has been unwavering in its commitment to delivering comprehensive facilities services. These include commercial cleaning, landscape management, sustainable and green cleaning, and metal restoration and maintenance. We take pride in serving a diverse clientele including public transportation systems, higher education facilities, government buildings, retail environments, and office buildings across the nation.
The financial provision from Eastern Bank includes a revolving line of credit for working capital, an equipment line of credit, and financing for acquisitions. This financial support will drive our ambition to expand our footprint in the industry while staying true to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Our partnership with Eastern Bank is not new. Since 2013, we have been providing cleaning services to Eastern Bank and Eastern Insurance Group LLC. More recently, we were part of the first cohort of the Foundation for Business Equity’s (FBE) Business Equity Initiative (BEI), a program initiated by Eastern to bolster the growth of businesses of color.
This engagement triggered a strategic shift in our growth expansion plans. Since 2019, we have witnessed significant revenue growth, undergone a successful rebranding, and expanded our workforce of dedicated employees. The recent acquisition of Kamrowski Resurfacing Inc. and the financing from Eastern Bank will empower us to replicate the exceptional services that we have been providing our clients for over three decades but on a larger scale.
