We’re proud to share that Anthony Samuels, President & CEO of DRB Facility Services, has been named the Boston Business Journal’s 2025 Fast50 Executive of the Year.
This new honor, introduced as part of the BBJ’s Fast50 program, recognizes an executive who exemplifies strong leadership, transformative impact, and sustained business growth. Anthony’s journey certainly fits that description.
In announcing the award, Carolyn M. Jones, Market President & Publisher of the Boston Business Journal, cited Anthony’s long-term leadership—having founded DRB over 30 years ago, guiding the company from a modest startup to over $20 million in revenue during the pandemic, and leading 73% growth between 2021 and 2024. She also noted his deep commitment to Greater Boston, including service on nonprofit boards and engagement with organizations like the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council and Roxbury Community College—as factors that made him stand out for this inaugural honor.
“Being recognized as a Fast 50 Executive of the Year is an incredible honor, but it’s truly a reflection of the team behind me, led by Kenneth Martin our COO/CFO. The success DRB has experienced over the past few years is the direct result of the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of our staff. Their commitment day in and day out has allowed us to take on more work, complete projects with efficiency, and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. I’m proud to lead such an exceptional group of people.” – Anthony Samuels
Congratulations to our President & CEO—and congratulations to the entire DRB team on another milestone in a year of continued momentum.
