DRB Chosen for Facilities Management Services at New Seaport Lab

DRB Facility Services Selected

DRB Facility Services has been selected to provide facilities management services for a new lab building on the eastern side of the Seaport. Announced in the Boston Globe on April 15th, DRB was one of several diverse contractors included in developer Related Beal’s bid for the two-acre parcel of city-owned land. The Boston Planning & Development Agency board announced the rights for 20 and 22 Drydock Ave. on April 14th. The seven-story, 319,000-square-foot building is a $400 million project that will include a net-zero carbon emissions design to limit its impact on the environment.
